  • Can I extend my reservation?
    Yes — if your travel plans change, you can easily extend your reservation by visiting the “Additional Services” link on our website. This helps us ensure your vehicle and shuttle needs are updated promptly.
  • How does the airport return pickup work?
    Return pickups are not automatic — they are scheduled based on the text message we receive from you once your flight lands. 📲 Please text “LANDED” to (216) 905-3680 and include your desired pickup time (either :20 or :50 past the hour). Example: "LANDED – Request pickup at 20 past the hour" 👉 Send your request as soon as you land safely so we can coordinate the next available shuttle. Once received, you will receive a confirmation with your scheduled pickup window. 📍 Pickup Location: Ground Transportation Level (Arrivals Level, next to baggage claim) Your exact pick-up bay (typically Bay 9, 10, or 11) will be confirmed via text message. The Shuttle will meet you at the quoted bay at your confirmed pickup time. Important Reminders The shuttle will not automatically arrive when your flight lands. Because flights can arrive early or be delayed, we rely on you to let us know when you're ready. Drivers follow all traffic and safety laws and may not be able to respond immediately if they are on the road. Please allow a few minutes for a reply — your request will be handled as soon as safely possible. Once a shuttle is dispatched, it cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Drivers are not permitted to wait at the pickup zone. Weather Tip: If weather conditions are poor, we recommend waiting inside the terminal until 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
  • When do shuttles leave the parking lot?
    Shuttles depart approximately at :10 and :40 past each hour. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you’re ready when the shuttle is preparing to depart. The last shuttle of the day departs between 11:40 p.m. and 11:50 p.m. If you're parking late, please arrive in time to catch this final departure.
  • When should I send the “LANDED” text?
    Please text before exiting your plane to allow our team time to prepare your pickup and reduce your wait time. Our initial response may take about 10 minutes while our drivers complete their tasks.
  • Where do I drop off my car?
    Our parking facility is located at 4226 W 150th Street, Cleveland, OH 44135. The lot is gated, secured, and monitored for your peace of mind. Upon arrival, please wait for a shuttle driver or parking attendant to assist you with check-in and parking instructions. 🚫 Important: Do not park in front of the sliding gate entrance, as doing so may create a safety hazard and obstruct operations.
  • What if my flight is delayed or lands late at night?
    We understand that delays happen. If your flight arrives during our closure hours (1:00 AM to 4:00 AM), emergency access to your vehicle is available for a $40 fee, which covers the cost of staffing during that time. Please note: Return shuttle service is not available after between 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM. To request emergency access, both the request and payment must be submitted by 11:00 PM on the day of your scheduled return. We actively monitor flight delays and will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We operate 7 days a week, from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. The last shuttle departs the lot at 11:40 p.m.
  • What if I missed my flight or my travel plans changed?
    We know that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we’re here to help when they do. You may cancel your reservation up to the scheduled drop-off time. A $5 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. If you're running late or miss your flight but still plan to travel, no problem — just let us know, and we’ll adjust your shuttle timing to fit your new schedule. If you’re unable to cancel and do not show up for your reservation, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you!
  • What forms of payment is accepted?
    We accept payments through PayPal, including credit and debit card payments. You can pay securely using your PayPal account or directly with your card through PayPal’s system. While digital payment is our standard method, cash payments may be accepted in emergency situations. To ensure transparency, all payments—regardless of method—will include a receipt for your records. 💳 For the most secure and streamlined experience, we encourage customers to use digital payment whenever possible. If you ever have concerns about a payment or do not receive a receipt, please contact our office directly.
  • Is my vehicle safe while I’m away?
    Yes — we provide gated parking with a secure perimeter, and the site is monitored 24/7 by our surveillance system. Cameras are positioned in key areas, and our system allows us to view the lot remotely from the shuttle van or off-site locations for enhanced visibility and oversight. 🔒 Limited Liability Disclaimer While your vehicle is parked with us, you are responsible for locking your doors and securing all personal belongings. 2 Birds Shuttle & Detail LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside your vehicle. We recommend removing or concealing valuables to ensure added peace of mind. The lot gate is locked when unattended to maintain a secure environment.
  • Can I access my vehicle in an emergency after hours?
    Yes — After Hours Access is available (1 a.m. to 4 a.m.) for $40. Must be requested and paid by 11 p.m.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    Never. All pricing is transparent and includes parking, shuttle service, and any add-ons you choose.
  • What is After Hours Access?
    After Hours Access ($40) is available for customers who need to retrieve their vehicle between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. This service includes lot access only — shuttle transportation is not available during these hours. Request and payment must be completed by 11:00 p.m.
  • What is an Additional Round Trip?
    Additional Round Trip ($25) covers the cost of a second shuttle run to and from the airport beyond your original reservation. This fee applies if you: Forget an item in your vehicle and need to return after arriving at the airport Needing to return to the airport later for any reason Note: Only one $25 fee applies per extra round trip, regardless of the reason. This service ensures we can accommodate added transportation needs efficiently and on time.
  • What is Additional Passengers/Group Travel?
    Additional Passengers/Group Travel ($25) applies if your party includes more than 3 passengers. This helps us allocate the proper shuttle size and staffing to make sure your group is accommodated safely and comfortably.
  • What if my group has more than 3 people?
    For groups larger than 3, a $25 Group Travel fee is applied so we can arrange an appropriately sized shuttle and support.
  • Do you offer vehicle detailing while I’m away?
    Not at this time. Our professional detailing services are currently unavailable, but we are actively working to resume them in the near future. Once available again, we’ll announce it on our website and social media — so stay tuned!
