Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. At 2 Birds Shuttle & Detail LLC, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.

Reservation Cancellation & Refunds:

• ​You may cancel your reservation at any time before your scheduled arrival date and time for any reason.

• All cancellations are eligible for a full refund, minus a $5.00 non-refundable processing fee.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

No-Shows or Missed Arrivals:

• If you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation and fail to cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.

Modifications:

If you need to adjust your reservation, we recommend contacting us directly at 216-780-0466 as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability.
