2 BIRDS SHUTTLE & DETAIL LLC. has only one requirement and one very important tip regarding our pickup procedure:

• The Requirement – Text Us the Word “Landed”.
• The Important Tip – Text Us Before Exiting Your Plane

Follow these instructions to ensure a prompt and “smooth” pickup process. Our drivers have specific tasks and responsibilities to perform before making their first communication with customers who have returned from their trips. This initial response generally happens around 10 minutes from your notification that you have landed. Please note that this will not affect your wait time if you are still on the plane.
